Pressure to have it all, obligations, duties, reality not complying to our wishes… Daily life is a struggle, but does it really have to be? Meditation is a skill which helps to deal with frustrations; our awareness improves and we know ourselves better, so we can address the causes of our dissatisfaction rather than the symptoms.
Let's enquire into the benefits of meditation and how to cultivate more creative engagements, fewer conflicts, and deeper contentment in everything we do.
